Please read these terms carefully before using the 786jl platform — they contain important legal information about your rights and responsibilities.

1 Introduction and Definitions

Welcome to 786jl. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 786jl platform ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By registering on 786jl or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and accepted these terms.

The key definitions used in these terms are as follows:

  • Platform: The 786jl website, applications and all related services.
  • Account: A registered user's personal gaming profile.
  • Real Money: Actual funds (money) deposited by the user.
  • Bonus Balance: Amounts received from promotional offers, subject to wagering requirements.
  • Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of these terms shall be considered authoritative.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and participate on 786jl. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request identity documents or other paperwork at any time to verify age. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of the full balance.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information at the time of registration. If any of your details change, you are required to notify the support team promptly. Providing false or misleading information will be treated as a serious breach of these terms.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including in cases of unauthorized access by a third party.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 786jl will never ask for your password or full payment details via email, phone or live chat. Treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to us right away.

For security, we recommend:

  • Use a strong password of at least 8 characters.
  • Do not reuse a password from any other site.
  • Always log in from a secure, personal device.
  • Avoid accessing your account over public Wi-Fi.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at 786jl is ৳100 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled and returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Large withdrawals may be held until the verification (KYC) process is complete.

4.3 Verification (KYC)

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, 786jl may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents in time may delay the withdrawal process.

4.4 Technical Errors

786jl reserves the right to void any amount incorrectly credited or displayed due to a system error or technical fault. Any winnings derived from such errors will also be considered void.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

786jl offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; deposit ৳22,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. The original deposited amount can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, but doing so will cancel the bonus balance.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own terms published on the offer page.
  • A bonus may only be usable on the games specified in the bonus offer.
  • If an attempt is made to claim the same bonus more than once, all bonuses will be cancelled.
  • 786jl reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • Accounts found to be misusing or fraudulently using bonuses will be closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 786jl is conducted in accordance with applicable rules. Each game has its own rules available in the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of each game before placing a bet.

6.2 Game Results

All games on 786jl use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. There is no possibility of manipulating or rigging game results. Once a game has started and the result has been determined, it is considered final.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) and other sports betting. If a match is cancelled, postponed or drawn, 786jl will settle bets in accordance with standard betting rules. In cases of dispute, the decision of 786jl is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 786jl. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure, balance forfeiture and legal action where necessary:

  • Operating an account as a minor or on behalf of a minor.
  • Placing bets or playing games in the name of or on behalf of a third party.
  • Using fraudulent software, bots, scripts or automation tools.
  • Colluding with other players or the system to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Misusing bonuses or committing bonus fraud through multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to launder money or legitimize funds from illegal sources through 786jl.
  • Conducting hacking, phishing or any other technical attack.
  • Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
  • Knowingly exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities for gain.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786jl is not liable for:

  • Games being interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Issues caused by a fault on your own device.
  • Errors by third-party software or payment providers.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) beyond the control of 786jl.
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from gaming.

The total liability of 786jl in any case shall not exceed the original funds deposited in your account. The risk of any loss arising from gaming is entirely your own.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, but any bonus balance with active wagering requirements will be cancelled.

11.2 Closure or Suspension by 786jl

In the event of a breach of these terms, 786jl reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. In cases of serious breach, the balance may be forfeited.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, and you will be notified by email before a fee is applied for the first time.
